This Delivery and Shipping Policy applies to all digital products and services offered by Redot. Because our offerings are delivered electronically, no physical shipping is involved.
2. Electronic Delivery

Upon successful payment, digital products (software packages, license keys, documentation) are made available immediately via downloadable links or sent via email.

Service activations (subscriptions, API access, cloud features) are provisioned automatically within minutes of purchase.
3. Delivery Confirmation

Customers receive an order confirmation email that includes download instructions, license information, and support contact details.

If you do not receive confirmation within 10 minutes of purchase, please check spam folders or contact support@redot.dev.
4. Delivery Failures

In rare cases of delivery failure (e.g., invalid email address, server outage), Redot will promptly resend the delivery link or license key upon request.

5. No Physical Shipping
All Redot products are digital. We do not ship any physical goods, media, or printed materials.
6. Change of Delivery Method
Redot reserves the right to modify the electronic delivery method or platform without prior notice, provided that the delivery remains electronic and accessible to the customer.
